You don't have to fight your body to transform it.

Does any of this sound familiar?

Some days it isn't one big thing. It's all of it at once.

  • My body doesn't feel like it used to.
  • Losing weight feels harder now.
  • I'm constantly tired.
  • I keep putting myself last.
  • I overthink everything.
  • I eat when I'm stressed.
  • I feel emotionally drained.
  • I don't feel confident anymore.
  • Something feels stuck in my relationships.
  • Work and family responsibilities never seem to stop.

What if the solution isn't another thing you have to force yourself to do?

Why willpower keeps running out

It was never just about exercising more.

Your body, your emotions and your daily habits are in constant conversation with each other. When one is under strain, the others usually feel it too — and the loop tightens quietly, over years.

  • Stress
  • Emotional overload
  • Self-care slips
  • Physical discomfort
  • Confidence dips
  • More stress

So Aura Bloom works with the whole woman — not just the workout.

The method

Move. Release. Reprogram. Bloom.

Four things, woven into every single session — so you're never choosing between getting stronger and feeling better.

Move

Strength training, resistance bands, yoga, stretching and mobility — progressive, joint-friendly, and built for a body that has lived a life.

Release

Somatic release, breathwork and emotional-awareness practices to open each session — so you arrive in your body before you ask anything of it.

Reprogram

Affirmation, visualisation and manifestation practice — the work of noticing the beliefs running underneath the habits, and choosing differently on purpose.

Bloom

Consistency, self-awareness, confidence and routines that hold up on ordinary weeks — the part that keeps going after week twelve.

Inside a session

What happens inside your 75 minutes?

Every session moves through the same four phases. The shape below is drawn to scale — each arc is exactly as long as the time it takes.

Arijita holding a weight at her chest in a split-squat lunge.

15–50 min · the longest phase

The strength work is the part most women have never been taught.

Loaded lunges, resistance bands, bodyweight progressions. Not because you should be lifting heavy at 45, but because muscle is what keeps you steady on stairs, carrying shopping, and getting off the floor without your hands — and it's the thing yoga alone won't build.

Every movement is taught with an easier option and a harder one. You take whichever your body wants that morning, and nobody watches which you chose.

00–15 and 70–75 min · the quiet half

Healing and manifestation aren't extras bolted on at the end.

Every session opens with somatic release and breathwork, and closes with affirmation, visualisation and manifestation practice. Not because it sounds nice, but because the reason most women stop isn't the movement — it's everything they walked in carrying.

These are practices you learn to do on your own. By week twelve they belong to you, not to the class.

Illustrative structure — the exact balance varies by day. A typical week moves through strength, yoga and mobility, resistance-band work, a healing and emotional release day, and a full-body integration day on Friday.

What makes this different

Not just yoga. Not just fitness. Not just healing.

Most programs ask you to pick one. Then you end up stitching three separate routines together — and dropping all of them by week three.

A yoga class

Gives you calm and mobility — but rarely the progressive strength work that matters more with every passing decade, not less.

A fitness program

Builds strength — but usually skips past what stress, overwhelm and emotional exhaustion are doing to your consistency.

A healing session

Creates space to feel — but doesn't leave your body stronger, steadier or more mobile on Monday morning.

Aura Bloom holds all of it in one place, five days a week, so you don't have to choose between getting stronger and feeling better.

Here's why it's built this way, not as four separate things you could get anywhere else:

Yoga and strength training go hand in hand — one works on the tightness and pain that build up in a body that's been sitting, carrying, and holding tension for years; the other builds and keeps the muscle that a body needs more of with every passing decade, not less. Neither replaces the other. Doing only one is why so many women feel like something's still missing.

Healing is what makes the rest sustainable. When you're calmer and less reactive to stress, you sleep better, you're less likely to skip a session because the week overwhelmed you, and you show up steadier. And a mind that's calm, in a body that's grown stronger, is exactly where manifestation and affirmation work actually start to land — it's far harder to visualise the life you want from a place of exhaustion and self-doubt than from one of strength and confidence.

That's the whole system: each part making the others work better, instead of four unrelated boxes to tick.

Individual attention, every session

Every posture is watched and corrected as you move through it — not demonstrated once at the front of the room and left to you. That's what actually speeds up progress: a small correction in week two saves you months of practising a posture the wrong way.

Meet Arijita

I believe true well-being begins when the body, mind and soul work in harmony.

Where it began

My professional journey began with fitness and nutrition. Working closely with women, I realised that nutrition and exercise alone cannot always provide the complete solution to a person's well-being.

The journey

Learning NLP, EFT and Ho'oponopono helped me explore the connection between thoughts, emotions, beliefs and behavioural patterns. I discovered how powerful it could be to combine these practices with yoga, meditation, breathwork and physical fitness.

Now

I have worked with over 500 women, from diverse professional and personal backgrounds. Through Aura Bloom with Arijita, I bring movement and nutrition together with the practices of mindfulness and healing.

“My mission is to help women feel stronger in their bodies, calmer in their minds and more connected with themselves.”

In their words

Women who have practised with Arijita.

These come from her yoga classes, healing sessions and workshops — the work Aura Bloom grew out of. The 12-week program is new, so nobody has completed it yet. When the first cohort finishes, their words will go here too.

What makes Arijita special is not just her knowledge of yoga, but the genuine care and attention she brings to each class. She listens, adapts, and teaches with so much intention and heart.

Yoga with her is not just a class—it's a healing experience.

PallaviCanada

She has introduced strength training and self weight training to me which I would have never tried in my life considering the notions around them.

I would always recommend her to people who believe in themselves for making fitness a part of their life and not a regime to follow for just 12 weeks.

RichieNew Zealand

I have completed a very big session today which was of nearly 1.5 hrs. Started with some dynamic stretches and then challenged myself to 24 suryanamaskars followed by binding, rotation and other form of stretches. Another challenge: prepping my body towards full split.

I can't do these all by myself even if I know how to do it.

Anindita Das

Arijita has a rare gift for understanding people. She pays attention to every detail, whether it's a small physical discomfort or a deep emotional struggle, and she supports me with compassion, clarity, and unwavering patience.

With her guidance, I've become calmer, more grounded, and more confident.

TamalikaUnited States

[My daughter] is so happy that she can now do the physical activities which she could not even try at school as her body was not permitting her. After your guidance and attending your yoga class she was able to do things more easily and now she has the confidence to try every new activities she learns in school.

Swarnali Guptaon her daughter's classes

Before joining your classes, staying consistent with yoga was a challenge for me, but your teaching made showing up on the mat something I truly look forward to every day.

The core stability, flexibility, and strength I developed in your classes made a noticeable difference in my weightlifting and strength training routines.

Madhavi

Thank you, Arijitha, for your dedication it inspires us. The personal attention you give to every individual for asanas makes each session special. I really look forward to your classes, especially the core training.

Nithya

She made us practice gratitude and affirmations every single day, which I am still following dedicatedly. I can honestly say there has been a drastic change in my relationships and in my attitude.

I am truly grateful I joined this session. It has brought positive changes in my life at many levels.

Latha Viswanath

My periods had been irregular and painful since I was 14. In the two months I've been training with Arijita, they've been regular.

Hemantika

As a new mom juggling work, home and a baby, I felt overwhelmed more often than not. Beyond yoga, Arijita introduced me to Ho'oponopono, energy healing and manifestation, which helped me emotionally as much as the movement did.

She has a beautiful way of helping you feel lighter, calmer and happier again.

Medha ChakrabortyUnited States

I am so glad to be a part of your training sessions. I had seen a very impressive change in me after joining you from last 3 months. Yoga with Arijita is really an amazing experience.

Individual experiences vary. Aura Bloom is a movement and wellbeing practice, not medical or mental-health treatment.

A note from Arijita

Movement helps. Structured movement helps more.

A walk is better than nothing, and I'd never tell a woman to stop taking one. But "better than nothing" is a low bar, and it's the bar most of us have been offered for years.

What I see, again and again, is the difference between movement that's random and movement that progresses. Random movement doesn't build on itself — you walk some weeks, skip others, and eighteen months later your body hasn't been given a reason to change. A structured program does the opposite on purpose: this week's session is calibrated to build on last week's, your strength work progresses instead of repeating, and your body is asked to adapt in a specific direction rather than just moved.

This isn't a controversial idea — it's why doctors who recommend lifestyle changes for hormonal or metabolic concerns usually mean exactly this: consistent, structured, monitored activity, not sporadic effort. It's also why so many women tell me they were "already exercising" before they found real change here. They were moving. They weren't training.

That's the whole difference Aura Bloom is built around.

The arc of twelve weeks

It builds. That's the point.

Nothing here asks you to go from zero to everything in week one. Each phase makes the next one possible.

  1. Weeks 1–3

    Awareness & foundation

Learn the session rhythm, find your starting point honestly, and begin showing up five days a week without negotiating with yourself every morning.

  2. Weeks 4–6

    Strength & release

Loads progress, mobility opens up, and the emotional-release work starts to feel less unfamiliar. This is usually where the energy shift is first noticed.

  3. Weeks 7–9

    Reprogram & reconnect

Mindset work goes deeper — the beliefs underneath the habits. Affirmation and visualization practice becomes something you can do on your own.

  4. Weeks 10–12

    Integration & bloom

Everything consolidates into a routine that fits your real life, plus a clear picture of what you want to carry forward after the program ends.

An illustrative framework. Arijita adjusts pacing to the group.

An honest fit check

This works beautifully for some women. Not for everyone.

This is for you if…

  • You're in your 40s or beyond, and ready to put yourself somewhere near the top of the list
  • You want a balanced approach to movement, not another extreme
  • You want emotional wellbeing tools alongside the physical work
  • Structure and accountability help you stay with something
  • You'd rather do this alongside other women than alone

This isn't for you if…

  • You're looking for a quick fix or a two-week result
  • You want extreme, high-intensity workouts
  • You're expecting guaranteed outcomes without taking part
  • You aren't in a season where lifestyle changes feel possible
  • You specifically want a traditional yoga-only class

Before you decide

Questions women usually ask.

Is this yoga?

Yoga is part of it, not all of it. Each 75-minute session also includes strength and resistance-band training, mobility, breathwork, emotional-wellbeing practices and mindset work. If you're looking for a traditional yoga-only class, this isn't that.

Do I need previous yoga or fitness experience?

No. Sessions are taught with options, so you can work at the level that suits your body on a given day. Beginning from scratch at 35, or at 55, is completely normal here.

Do I need equipment?

A mat and a set of resistance bands cover most of what we use. You'll get a short list before your cohort begins so nothing arrives as a surprise.

How long is each session, and how many days a week?

75 minutes, five days a week — Monday to Friday — for 12 weeks, plus weekend masterclasses. Sessions are live and online.

What if I miss a class?

Life happens, and missing a session doesn't undo your progress. [Confirm replay and catch-up policy.]

How much does the 12-week program cost?

Arijita shares the investment at the end of the free 5-Day Reset, once you've actually experienced the sessions. It isn't a hidden number or a pressure tactic — it's that a price means very little before you know how the work feels in your body, and quite a lot afterwards. The reset itself is completely free, with no card required, and you're never asked to decide about the 12 weeks until you've done it.

Will I lose weight?

Maybe. Bodies change when you move consistently, sleep properly and stop eating at midnight because you're wound up — mine did, by about 10 kg over six months. But weight isn't the target here and we don't track it, because the women who last are the ones who stopped measuring themselves that way. If the number on the scale is the only thing you want moved, there are programs that promise it faster; they tend not to survive past week three. What we build is strength, mobility, energy, and the consistency that makes any change hold.

Is the healing component medical treatment?

No. The emotional-wellbeing and healing practices are self-care and self-awareness tools. They are not medical or mental-health treatment, and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.

I'm a little under 40. Can I still join?

The program is designed for women 40 and above, and the sessions are taught with options, so the same 75 minutes works whatever your starting point. If you're a little younger and this speaks to you, send a note or book a call and Arijita will tell you honestly whether it's the right fit for you right now.

I have a medical condition or an injury. Can I join?

Please speak with your doctor or a qualified professional first, and let us know at application. Aura Bloom isn't medical care and doesn't diagnose or treat any condition — but where it's safe to take part, sessions can often be adapted.

Not ready to commit?

Try five days first. Free.

Twelve weeks is a real commitment. The 5-Day Reset is a free live taste of the same sessions, so you can find out how it feels in your body before deciding anything.
