Refund & cancellation policy

We want every booking to feel fair. Here is exactly what happens if plans change.

30-minute call (₹199)

• If you join the 12-week program within [14] days of your call, the ₹199 is refunded to your original payment method.
• You can reschedule once, free, if you tell us at least [12 hours] before the call.
• Otherwise the fee is not refundable once the call has taken place or if you miss it without notice.

Masterclass

• If you can't attend, tell us at least [24 hours] before the start and we will move your place to the next masterclass.
• Masterclass fees are not refunded after the session has started or if you miss it without notice.

12-week program and 1:1 sessions

• [Refund window for the program, e.g. a full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the start date, and no refund after the program has begun.]
• 1:1 sessions can be rescheduled with at least [24 hours] notice. Missed sessions without notice are not refunded.
• Any program-specific terms are shared in writing before you pay.

If we cancel

If we cancel or can't deliver a session, you choose between a new date and a full refund.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. We start the refund within 3 working days of approval; your bank usually shows it within 5 to 7 working days after that.
